Cardio vusion is the first group fitness classed designed by v.method founder, Vicki Vara. The goal of cardio vusion is to provide participants with a segment of each fitness method in one 50 minute session. Cardio vusion incorporates familiar cardiovascular training exercises, with the addition of classic Pilates, ballet, and yoga movements. Inspired by the lean and strong body of a ballet dancer, cardio vusion participants will achieve strength, balance, coordination, and grace. Using subtle variations such as tempo changes, movement progressions, pulses, and holds, cardio vusion is sure to challenge muscles and promise results.

The v.method is proud to offer a comprehensive Cardio vusion™ level one instructor certification program to all group fitness instructors. This one day training will provide instructors with the knowledge and tools they need to safely and effectively guide participants through this 50 minute body changes class. All participants will receive a cardio vusion manual with specific exercise descriptions, a training DVD, and 5.5 AFAA CEU’s.


The new class du jour for gym hipsters everywhere!  The V Method  utilizes  ballet inspired exercises, weight training, abdominal  tightening, and several strenuous exercises that help to trim and tone  the body into what is considered by many as the epitome of the perfect  feminine physique – the dancer’s body!
As a fitness club owner,  we offer everything from yoga and Pilates, to dance classes and  spinning. Nothing
produces the total body workout like The V Method. Our  members are more enthusiastic and motivated then ever before.
